Printing report now so slacking for awhile till its done. Sleepy as usual, didn't want to get out of bed. Might leave office earlier today. Lappy has gone bonkers. It chooses when it want to connect. Somehow it could connect to the internet last night but after I shut it down and tried to log on again this morning, its not working again! I should look for a new one soon, though this lappy is not even 1 year old.

Not going to waste my time on stupid accusations anymore. I'd rather spend my time on my school work. We can never stop anyone from saying anything or doing anything, so just leave things be. =)

Met up around 9plus at St George. He went TPY to get his MC than met his friend Albert. Went eat curry rice than meet his friend Joseph & friend at Towner. Home.

Talked to baobei. He told me some things. Hearing them, I still don't quite feel its her cause she keeps emphasizing she's leading her happy life. But guess some people have friends that like to add things to spice up everything, making a mountain out of a mole hole. He said something bout reporting to the police? Haha i should consider too,i think i hold a stronger case. But I ain't that free. FYI only.

He said. compared to what she had said bout me last time, which is worst? What he said or what she said? I have some of them saved from the previous times. Its enough prove for libel.(Slander is verbal, libel is written or published.)

Qn: Can you be sued for libel/slander for blog entries?

Ans: Yes you can (and it would be for libel, which is printed, as compared to slander, which is spoken). It does not matter if the piece is represented as fact or opinion and it does not have to have a financial effect on the person you are talking about. It only has to damage their character and reputation and be done in a public forum (which a blog would qualify as).

There are different rules for public officials and personalities as compared to regular people.

But yes, you can be sued for what you put in a blog, just like a newspaper, magazine or radio or television station ... you are putting out information into a public forum. And be careful, because even being found not guilty of charges will cost you lots and lots of money, so don't say anything that could even lead to a suit being filed ... it's why most media outlets spend big bucks on libel insurance and lots of lawyers

Why is it some people think that they're rich and educated they can have their way? Being educated don't you think one should be ashamed of his/her actions and behavior when they act like everyone owes them everything? Money is not everything here, doesn't give them the right look down or act like a tyrant. Nobody owes you anything.

Its difficult to understand why the world is such. Its filled with people that are selfish and has ulterior motives, evil thoughts and discrimination. It was never meant to be this way.
