At work now. Sianx. Lappy is down? Can't connect to the wireless network at home. Think maybe the wireless card got problem. Haix. Going back home soon hopefully. Got to attend class tonight. Waiting for the course coordinator to contact me. Taking damn long~
Long lost friend Yiqi finally came online! She just gave birth to her 3rd child. Keke, may meet up with her soon..Just called me. Had a short talk. Was talking bout a common friend, quite a pretty girl, married a super under average looking guy but she felt this guy had treats her very well and heart very good and sincere thats why she didn't mind the looks. She feels he will make a good husband. Thats love, when you learn to look beyond a person's physical appearance.

that's so true. Lucky I have friends who have big hearts and are nice. I'm not perfect and have my short comings too, but cause of friends like them, i learn alot and change along the way. You choose the kind of people you want to mix with, peole whom you can learn from or people who try to keep you at their level for their own interest. Which would you choose? Many tend to take advantage of friends and take them for granted. If you drive, they ask things like "are you driving today?" and if you say no, many times they turn down the offer of going out. How true is this friend? If the friends around you have very bad hearts, will you be like them? While having a conversation, we came on a topic if a girl was ugly would a guy still accept her?
Ans: No if the girl's heart is bad. Yes, if she was nice and has a nice heart.
I always feel, no matter how pretty, rich or clever you are, if your heart is bad, people will still not be attracted to you BUT if you have a big heart and are nice, generally, people like you more regardless of your looks. Life's too short to be cursing people everyday. Stop cursing and it'll make you a better and prettier person. Don't always look at things from a one sided point of view, you never know what you'd be doing wrong or missing.
What would make up the criterias you set for a good friend? Someone who echoes everything you say, agrees with everything you do and say be it right or wrong, listens to you? A good friend will tell you straight that what you did is not right and will tell you your mistakes upfront. It may be offending but only true friends will tell you the truth. If a friend is only saying good things bout you or agreeing with everything you say, does she have your interest at heart or hers only? What kind of good friends are you to each other when the both of you bitch bout each other behind each other backs? Is this the kind of friend you want?
Yiqi lost her hp and had to get back to work, but she said she'll call again. Left me a number whereby i could contact her. Miss this girl. She talks alot. Hopefully we meet up soon.
*good friends are hard to come by but true are the ones that will always be there in times of need, and not always giving excuses.
Sunday, January 14, 20o7Tried booking movie tickets online but what the hell, its always showing an error msg. Don't know what's wrong with my internet connection. Must be the stupid rain. Its always like that after really heavy downpour.
Picked him up and went to Far East to get my top changed. Took awhile to find the shop cause we couldn't remember the exact location. Walked around, wanted get a top from Osmose but the color was out of stock, had to order and it will take 2 weeks so forget it.
Down to PS, collected our tickets than shopped around. Nothing to buy. Bought 2 mini dumbos. Keke but they look funny cause they don't wear a cap. But it was cheap anyway so nvm, buy for fun. Went up for our movie. Watched [.Kungfu Mahjong 3.]. Quite funny~
Met Ah-Lai at Towner than we went to Balestier for Bak Kut Teh. Send him home than headed home.
...hopefully internet connection would be back up soon. i need do my school work!
